This place is also known as "Springs of Moses" . It is said to be the place where Moses, discovering that the water there was too bitter to drink, took the advice of God and threw a special tree into the springs, and the water was miraculously sweetened.
Oyun Musa is 25 km south of the Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel which goes under the Suez Canal. You can also camp at Oyun Musa but remember that the water from the seven springs left isn't drinkable.
