If you enter Egypt from Israel through Sinai, you will need an Egyptian visa. That visa can only be obtained before you get to the border. Always remember that if you get your visa from the Egyptian Consulate from Tel Aviv you won’t be able to visit other Arab countries besides Jordan. You can also get a 14-day pass at the Taba border crossing to visit the eastern Sinai coast from Taba down to Sharm el-Sheikh. But remember that this does not allow you to visit Ras Mohammed National Park. In Sinai, visa extensions are available only from the office in Al-Tor.
